• Related tools, APIs, and digital services

When you create an account with any of our services:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within our applications.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any application-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoreN Digital regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
